Privacy policy

Last updated September 8, 2026. This policy explains what Estimex LLC collects when you use this website or send us a project, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you request an estimate we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, the project details you enter and any drawings or documents you upload. When you email or call us we keep the correspondence. Our web server records standard access logs, including IP address, browser type and the pages visited.

How we use it

  • To review your drawings, quote the work and deliver the estimate.
  • To answer questions and send revisions you ask for.
  • To invoice and collect payment for completed work.
  • To improve the website and fix errors.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use your drawings for anything other than your project.

Your drawings and documents

Project files are stored on access-controlled systems and are visible only to the estimators and reviewers assigned to your job. We sign non-disclosure agreements on request. Files are deleted 90 days after delivery unless you ask us to keep them for future revisions.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as email delivery, file storage and payment processing, and only to the extent needed for them to do that work. We may disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses only the cookies needed for it to function. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated to say what is collected and how to opt out.

Retention

Contact details and correspondence are kept for as long as we have an active relationship with you and for seven years afterward for accounting purposes. Project files follow the 90-day rule above.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email Info@estimex.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
